Local Vendors

Local vendors are the companies and individuals providing services for a show at each stop — backline rental, ground transport, catering, spotlight operators, barricade rental, and other day-of-show needs. They're coordinated during the advance by the tour manager or production manager.

Vendor costs

Depending on the deal, local vendor costs may be covered by the promoter or come out of the tour's budget. This is clarified during the advance and reconciled during settlement.
