All Access
An All Access pass is a credential that grants the holder entry to all general areas of a venue — backstage, production areas, FOH position, and audience areas. It's the standard working credential for touring crew and essential venue personnel.
All Access vs. AAA
The distinction varies by tour, but generally: All Access covers the full venue, while AAA (Access All Areas) may add access to the artist's private spaces — dressing room, green room, and artist-only areas. Some tours use them interchangeably; others maintain a clear hierarchy. The tour manager defines what each credential level grants.
Who gets All Access
Touring crew, production managers, tour managers, key venue staff, and essential promoter representatives typically receive All Access. The credential comes as a laminate (for touring personnel who need it every night) or a daily wristband/sticker (for local staff at each venue).
