AAA Pass

AAA stands for Access All Areas — the highest-level credential on most tours, granting unrestricted access to every part of the venue including the artist's private spaces. It can also be referred to as an AA pass or simply an All Access pass — the naming convention varies by tour. It's reserved for the artist's inner circle and key touring personnel, unless defined otherwise on the pass sheet provided by the headline artist.

Who gets AAA

The artist, personal management, tour manager, and sometimes the production manager and band members. The list is deliberately short. AAA access includes everything All Access covers plus the artist's dressing room, private green room, and any other restricted areas.

AAA as a laminate

On multi-date tours, AAA credentials are typically issued as laminates — durable passes worn on a lanyard that are valid for the entire tour run. This distinguishes touring personnel (who have laminates) from local day-of-show staff (who get daily wristbands or stickers).
