Manifest

A manifest is a list of passengers or equipment traveling in a specific vehicle or on a specific flight. On tour, manifests track who's on which bus, who's on which flight on fly dates, and what equipment is in which truck.

Passenger manifests

Bus manifests list everyone assigned to a specific bus — important when a tour runs multiple buses (artist bus, crew bus). Flight manifests track who's on which flight, their seat assignments, and any special requirements. The tour manager maintains and distributes manifests, which are especially critical on international legs where immigration may require advance passenger information.

Equipment manifests

Truck manifests or equipment manifests list the contents of each production vehicle — essential for border crossings with carnets and for insurance purposes. Every piece of gear is documented by description, serial number, and value.
