Duplicate accounts

When you sign up, the sign-in method you choose matters. For example:
  • You may have originally created your account using email and password
  • Later, you tried to log in using Google or Apple
  • Or you originally used Google or Apple, then later tried email and password
Even if the email address is the same, using a different sign-in method can result in a separate account being created. This can make it seem like your account — or your existing tour information — is missing.

How to fix it

On the login screen, try signing in using each of the following methods, one at a time:
  • Email and password
  • Continue with Google
  • Continue with Apple
You will need to log out before trying a different sign-in method.
If you see “Wrong email or password” and you’re sure the email is correct, your account was likely created using Google or Apple instead of email and password.
Most login issues are resolved by signing in with the correct method.
